How to Use Tim-bor® Wood Preservative

• Preparation: Apply only to clean, bare wood free of previous coatings. Ensure surfaces are dry before treatment.
• Mixing: Combine 1 lb. of Tim-bor® with 1 gallon of water. Coverage is approximately 150 sq. ft.
• Application: Brush, spray, or dip for even coverage. Pay special attention to log ends and cracks. Apply a second coat within 24 hours for best results.
• Staining Guidelines: Allow 48 hours after treatment before applying the final stain. For lasting performance, use a high-quality, water-repelling stain to lock in the preservative.
